We had the all you can eat catfish buffet. It was way more than we could eat ! The salad was fresh, and the very small deserts were good. The 2 servers were very busy , but very attentive . We'll be back for steak night on a Saturday !

Wonderful place with wonderful muriel paintings and unique themes! Big Daddy and Big Mamma are a great couple and I especially enjoyed visting with Big Mamma!!! Can't wait to visit again!!! Thanks for the amazing food and great conversation!!

Great customer service and good food.

One of my very favorite stay close to home dinner places during lake season. Actually have handmade lunch specials. Thursday Night is STEAK NIGHT ,Friday Night is all you can eat catfish buffet. Good Food for sure.

We tried this place for the first time ..the waitress got our drink order which was tea anyway the tea was so weak it looked like water so we was just going to get something else to drink well she never came back to get our order so my husband went to register to tell them we wasn't ordering..now we did not drink the tea but was charged 7 dollars and my husband said we didn't drink any of it well she said then it will only be 5 dollars..we will never go back and will tell everyone about our experience .

We ate here last year and loved everything we got. Saturday evening we came back and were truly disappointed. My chicken fried steak was ok at best and my mashed potatoes were cold, not even warm at all. My wife's mashed potatoes were warm but her chicken strips were inedible. They weren't strips or tenders at all but more like big chunks of way over-fried batter with very little chicken inside. She couldn't cut it or bite into it. She had to break it open to get to the chicken. We don't like making a scene so we just got up to leave. I guess the worst part of the meal was when we went to the counter to pay. The owner (I guess) said, "You didn't give me time to ask if you wanted dessert. I can't make a living like that." We paid $27.95 for what we got and that's not enough? Come on.

Great Restaurant right by the lake!

Over cooks fried chicken livers plus over cooked fried mushrooms they both taste like burnt breading. Non fried items very good quality, especially club sandwiches.

Awesome food and great service. The fried pickles were wonderful, homemade(?) honey mustard and ranch were nice, and the fried catfish was also very good. The place is very laid back and it's family oriented. However, the salad bar isnt available on weekends.

U feel right at home as soon as u walk thru the door. The food is awesome and the service is just as awesome.

Always great food and service!

We loved the atmosphere the paintings and photography are awesome! The Friday night catfish buffet was very good and the waitress was great.

The burgers are always delicious. The steaks, chops, and other variations are grilled on site. When we do vacation on lake Tenkiller we always stop here. The delicious foods and salads are very much worth The stop by. The covered outdoor seating is a neat little area to sit and enjoy your food. In the summer time the frogs and crickets chirping while the sun sets can't be beat.

Great food. The staff was very friendly and professional. The big daddy's pulled pork and the ribs are a must, also if you like beans you will not be disappointed. We already picked out what we will have next visit.

Best burger ever!

Saturday night steak night is awesome! Great flavor, cooked right, great atmosphere and service! Breakfast buffet is pretty decent, except scrambled eggs didn't taste like eggs.

Who would think you could mess up breakfast. Service was good but the breakfast was horrible. Hubby ordered over easy eggs. They came out with solid yolks. Bacon and potatoes were burnt. Biscuits were hard. Best thing about the breakfast was the OJ and coffee.

Have a great group room, had a party of 18, service was great and they also had great food. We called ahead, and had a great time.

If you're ever at Tenkiller lake you gotta go. In fact you might just need to go even if you aren't in the area. It's like a little mini vacation. Really great atmosphere. We loved the food and the kids loved drawing on plates to contribute to the ceiling. I had one of their burgers and it was seriously good. The kids favorite was the root beer floats.

Have been there a couple of times and it was wonderful. Have not been back since new ownership took over, but I am sure from what I have heard that it still provides good food.

Awesome curb appeal, great atmosphere inside. Friendly and super helpful staff. Food had lots of flavor BUT... some of the food from the buffet was cold. Other than that, I loved it for my first time.

Really nice place. Has a huge area outside that is completely screened in with TVs. Food was good and was priced very reasonably. Service was amazing!

Stopped here while visiting the park on a motorcycle trip. Very accommodating and friendly, and loved talking with the owners. Fantastic food. Definitely go back the next morning for breakfast buffet, you won't regret it.

Great place. Went for dinner while camping at the park across the highway. The brisket was pretty good (high praise from a Texan). We went back the next morning for the breakfast buffet. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and caring.

We've traveled all over Oklahoma on our motorcycle. We've eaten lots of barbecue, only to be disappointed. Big Daddy's barbecue is the best in the state!

I am giving this a 1 star only because I have to. We arrived at 7, seated promptly, and had our salads by 7:10. So far so good, right? An hour later we finally get our meal. The brisket was extremely dry, but warm. My husband had the catfish, which came out as cold, hard nuggets (which he ate because we were starving and he already had taken his insulin shot). I would have thought after waiting for an hour that the food would at least be hot. We were never asked how we were doing, even though the couple in front was asked 4x & our glasses were empty from having to choke the food down. I really wanted to like this place, but we won’t be back.

Great people. It’s like they pulled up a festive beachfront restaurant and dropped it right here on Lake Tenkiller. Love the creative work that has gone into the place. Big Momma (April), a former art teacher at Vian still has painted murals all over the walls and loves serving their customers on Lake Tenkiller, while her husband works the grill. Both of them have been my teachers and they are some great folks. Have a creative youngster in your crew? Decorate a plate and decorate the ceiling.

Fantastic Key Lime Pie! The bbq was good too!

I had a turtle pot pie and it was absolutely breathtakingly delish. Fantastic if you will! Mmh yes and big daddy lives right around the corner!

Love this restaurant! There fish is the best I have had in a long time. Go here all the time.

Great dam place with great dam staff. Try the steak special on Thursdays and Saturdays. The burgers and BBQ sandwich also got good reviews. Service was excellent. Make sure to top off dinner with cobbler, we went with the blackberry which was great.

Good food but too pricy

Food was really good. We had BBQ and catfish and both were excellent as were the sides. The wait staff was attentive and stayed on top of our needs. The rustic decor just added to the experience. Will be goin back many times. However they close just before Thanksgiving and don't open again until February.

Got dang I love this place! The BBQ is just fantastic with big portions... And just the nicest folks you’re ever gonna meet working there. I most highly recommend Big Daddy’s!

Great food at a convenient location without over pricing

This place is AMAZING the food is incredible and they are so kind and generous it was my dads birthday and we got to celebrate with a pink sash and crown!!!! It was awesome.

The place is small but cozy, buffet sometimes. We ate the catfish fried it was good but to many French fries not enough fish but still hot and good. Salad bar small but fresh.

Great place to get a bite to eat.
